Consultant Strategy and Transformation (f/m/d)

In this role, you will lead and manage multiple strategic workstreams aligned with company priorities, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, operational improvements, and organizational transformation through data-driven analysis, effective project management, and change enablement. Additionally, you’ll support executive decision-making by delivering high-impact presentations and reports.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Workstreams: Design, plan, and execute multiple strategic workstreams aligned with company priorities (e.g., operational improvements, organizational transformation, innovation management, strategy design and implementation)
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure successful implementation
Problem Solving & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses and develop robust business cases—including business models and scenario planning—to provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making
Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of workstream milestones, manage risks, and track progress using appropriate tools and methodologies
Change Management: Support communication and change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of strategic initiatives across the organization
Reporting & Presentations: Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level discussions

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role
Proven experience managing complex projects or workstreams with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, or similar)
Fluent in English; German is a plus
