You have:

You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector (wholesale and foreign trade, industry), or hold a comparable qualification, or have already gained professional experience in a relevant commercial field ;

You ideally have experience in the steel or stainless steel trade;

You possess technical understanding and an interest in semi-finished products and machining processes;
-
You have a structured, meticulous, and independent work style;
-
You describe yourself as sales- and customer-oriented, a team player, resilient, a skilled negotiator, and assertive;

You are proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office;
-
You have good German language skills; English skills are a plus.
Your main responsibilities:

Preparing and tracking quotes;
-
Order acceptance, -entry, and processing;
-
Price and terms negotiations within defined parameters;
-
Customer support via phone and email;
-
Technical consulting on stainless steel products and materials;
-
Close collaboration with our warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams.

Monitoring deadlines and coordinating deliveries;
-
Handling customer complaints;
-
Maintaining customer and product master data in the ERP system;

Monitoring the market and competition.
