Responsibilities:

Support for the department management and technical divisions in day-to-day operations and strategic projects
Independent planning, management, and implementation of sub-projects in the areas of technical facility management, new construction, and renovations
Coordination and communication with internal departments and external service providers
Preparation of decision-making documents, presentations, and regular reports
Participation in tenders and preparation of procurement processes

Requirements:

Completed technical education in construction (HTL, Bachelor’s, Master’s) – ideally in civil engineering, facility management, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
Initial professional experience in technical or infrastructural facility management is an advantage
Strong IT affinity and confident use of digital tools are desirable
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and an independent, precise, and implementation-focused way of working
Strong intercultural understanding and enthusiasm for cross-team collaboration

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
