Development and coordination of renewable energy projects—particularly in the areas of photovoltaics, wind energy, and storage solutions

Support in the development and implementation of sustainable heat supply or mobility concepts

Strategic consulting for decision-makers from politics, administration, municipal utilities, and local companies on climate protection, renewable energies, and regional value creation
-
Moderation of stakeholder processes, citizen dialogs and expert discussions
-
Building and maintaining networks with decision-makers from politics, administration, business and civil society
-
Identification and development of new project opportunities and municipal collaborations
-
Several years of experience in project management, consulting, administration, or a comparable position related to renewable energies, heat planning, climate protection, and related fields

Alternatively: Experience in similar contexts, such as stakeholder management, strategic communication or sales of sustainable solutions

Knowledge in the creation, communication, and/or implementation of concepts, strategies, and projects for climate protection, energy transition, and heating transition

Understanding of municipal structures, decision-making processes, and the energy transition
Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with municipal stakeholders, committees, and landowners -
Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Monday), and interest in digital research and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Midjourney)

Ideally a place of residence in Bremen, Lower Saxony or NRW
