To support our further growth in Germany, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Communication team as Germany Communication Manager (m/w/d).
Your task:
- Develop and implement communication strategies, formats and campaigns for internal and external audiences
- Responsible for all external PR activities like press releases, social media posts and other communication materials
- Responsible for all internal communication activities, formats and channels like intranet, newsletters, Town Hall Meetings, events, video formats and other communication initiatives.
- Advise and support executives on all communication-related matters
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
- Partner with directors and managers from the Business
- Lead a team of a resource
- Work closely with international teams to ensure global communication standards and local cascading of global contents
Key skills:
- University degree in political sciences, public affairs, communications, journalism or related studies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, both German and English.
- Solid experience in PR agencies or within the communication field in structured and international organizations
- Motivated, always positive, creative, able to work independently, and a great team player
- Advanced skills in Microsoft O365Excellent speechwriting and copywriting skills - proficiency in video production and knowledge of multimedia platforms would be a valuable plus
