Deine Aufgaben:
Betreuung eines eigenen, festen Kundenstamms
Planung und Steuerung von Abrufen und Rahmenaufträgen inklusive Sicherstellung der Liefertermine
Pflege von Preisen im ERP-System
Schnittstellenfunktion im Reklamationsmanagement
Gutschriftabwicklung
Mitarbeit an kundenindividuellen Projekten
Bestelleingabe
Erstellung von Bestandslisten, Rahmenlisten und Lieferübersichten
Klärung überfälliger Forderungen
Überwachung und Analyse von Altbeständen
Durchführen von Kundenbesuchen in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales-Mitarbeitenden

Dein Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Programmen
Reisebereitschaft
Kundenorientierung und professionelle Kommunikation
