Marketing Manager, Digital Health Solutions, EMEAP (m/f/d)

The Opportunity

This position works out of our location in Wiesbaden (Abbott GmbH) in the Diabetes Core division where we are helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.

  • Supports the deployment and optimization of Abbott’s Digital Health Solutions on the Libre brand across 25+ EMEAP markets, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.
  • Partners with local teams to drive Digital health tools adoption with focus on Libre app for People with Diabetes (Consumer), Libre LinkUp app for Caregivers and Libre View for HCPs. Ensures adherence to Abbott’s standards for regulatory, privacy, and quality compliance in a highly regulated environment.
  • Leads the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives for digital health products engaging patients, HCPs, and B2B audiences. Manages creative and media agencies to deliver compliant, high-quality, and on-brand content within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regional input into global product councils, helping shape feature prioritization and ensuring EMEAP needs are considered.
  • Ensure smooth app releases by initiating early access programs for testing and preparing Customer Service with FAQs and communication toolkits.
  • Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to localize content and support rollout and execution with excellence.
  • Lead and support development of performance dashboards to track usage, generate insights, and inform strategy.
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns across paid, CRM and web channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Monitors and gathers feedback from local markets on campaign effectiveness and shares insights to inform future regional strategies and brand consistency improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project delivery with brand, commercial, business operations, analytics, IT, and agency teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Identify and share best practices to enhance digital marketing capability and efficiency across markets.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing Analytics, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, app growth, and omnichannel campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and execute marketing strategies with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing creative and media agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, IT, Legal, Regulatory).
  • Proficient in analytics and Digital marketing (e.g., Power BI, Marigold, Adobe Analytics, AEM, Google Ads).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare marketing
