Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

eZono – our name is our mission: It stands for “easy sonography”. Founded in 2004 we are an innovative medical technology company with focus on new ultrasound solutions. We develop technologies and device solutions for various medical procedures and applications especially for which ultrasound guided procedures are not state of the art today and we sell them to a range of partners including some of the biggest names in the Med-Tech world. And all this with our conviction to enhance patient safety and hospital security.

Joining eZono and supporting the Business Development team will give you a unique chance to grow and exploit your full potential.

Internationally you will be responsible for identifying and developing pipelines of new market opportunities and partners in the Med-Tech industry. You will interact with executives from potential partners, learn about their needs and help to develop new product solutions realizable with eZono’s technology together with the Development team in order to meet market demands and create market value; and all this with the focus on growing eZono’s market share and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance of market analyses and development of strategies to establish eZono as a partner in new medical application fields together with the Management
  • Identification of potential major customers with a need for innovation (OEM business) and generation of qualified appointments with key stakeholders who have decision making authority
  • Support of customer projects from the development phase to the transfer to series production in close cooperation with the departments involved
  • Elaboration of measures for the continuous further development of the products based on the needs of the industry and initiation of corresponding marketing activities
  • Be expected to learn and understand the specialities of medical application based demands by the market that can be managed with our products and deliver the market demands and feedback to our Development team for new product development
  • Production of forecasts and reporting to the Management

What weŽre looking for…

YouŽll need to have:

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in medical engineering, bio engineering, technical science or related fields
  • Initial professional experience in Business Development/sales/key account management in a demanding technical environment for Med-Tech products beyond catalogue goods, preferably in project business with OEM partners
  • Engineering Background or experience in engineering as well as medicine is a plus
  • Lateral thinker with Hunter mentality and enthusiasm for new customer acquisition
  • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing, willingness to travel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
