For our team in Boeblingen, we are searching for a Technical Documentation Engineer (m/f/x) in fulltime.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and maintain user documentation, service manuals, and technical guides for Advantest V93000 SoC test platform.Create use-case-driven documentation to support customers, field engineers, and technical support teams.
Produce technical content related to:
- Mechanical and electronic hardware design
- System maintenance and troubleshooting
- Electronic measurement technology
- Chip Test framework and Test Program development
- R&D teams
- Application Engineers
- Product Support departments
Author structured documentation using:
- DITA standards
- Oxygen XML Editor (Eclipse-based)
- Git-based version control
- JIRA tracking and workflow system
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technical Documentation with strong academic performance

Excellent English communication and technical writing skills

Proven experience creating high-quality documentation for complex technical systems in industrial or academic environments

Familiar with modern technical documentation methods, tools, and structured authoring workflows

Knowledge of electronic systems, electrical measurements, and software development practices is an advantage

Strong interest in science, engineering, and hands-on technical work involving mechanical and electronic equipment

Detail-oriented, analytical, and persistent in researching and gathering technical information
-
Able to explain complex concepts clearly and create concise, user-focused documentation

Reliable, proactive, well-structured, and highly self-motivated

Comfortable working independently in dynamic, customer-focused environments with tight deadlines
