Key responsibilities:
- Development of new business opportunities and responsibility for existing
customers in Poland - Working across industries and market segments
- Supporting and maintaining customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identifying new customers and implementing new business
- Setting and achieving sales and revenue targets
- Executing, coordinating and implementing customer projects
- Negotiating contracts, prices and terms
- Conducting research on the market, trends, customers and competition
- Working autonomously from your home office in Poland
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical B2B environment
- Knowledge of rubber, elastomer and/or plastics manufacturing and processing
- Relevant market and industry knowledge, including customers, OEMs and competitors
- Ability to identify business potential and implement strategies and actions for sustainable long-term success
- Strong customer orientation and excellent teamwork skills
- Experience in project management and common project management methods
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Knowledge of profit and loss accounting, contribution margin analysis and contract law
- Proficiency in SAP/CRM systems and MS Office
- Fluent Polish and good written and spoken German and/or English skills
