Your role

  • In collaboration with the Data Team, Product Managers, and the Leadership Team of softgarden, you will work on product analytics, product portfolio management, pricing, and growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell potential).
  • Through intensive communication with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success, you will define key metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • To optimize softgarden's product portfolio, you'll implement effective pricing strategies informed by data insights. Utilizing tools such as Amplitude, Metabase, and Google Analytics, you'll measure and track the performance of products.
  • You will work on product engagement metrics and help Product Teams achieve those.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in product analytics and data science, and actively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What you bring along

  • In the past you have gained experience in leading a Product Team, including backlog management and prioritisation, but also shaping the team's OKRs together with the Product Leadership.
  • Your language skills in German and English are at least C1 and at best fluent. 
  • Ideally you bring experience in B2B product management. (In HR industry would be a plus)
  • Through your strong communication and analytical skills, you can manage stakeholders and use data for decision making.
