We are strengthening our team and looking to hire a dedicated and trusted Executive Recruiting Consultant (f/m/d) to join our firm working remotely from anywhere in Germany or at our headquarters in Hamburg.
Executive Recruiting Consultant
(f/m/d)
Location: Hamburg (ideally, remote possible)
Responsibilities and tasks
- Conducting comprehensive research to identify and approach potential candidates for executive positions
- Active use of common professional networks and databases to find candidates
- Contacting and screening candidates by phone to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions, safeguard candidate experience
- Work closely with project/client leaders and team to develop effective search strategies and candidate profiles
- Support with administrative tasks as part of the application process
What we expect from you
- Several years of experience in recruitment consulting or executive search
- Sound knowledge of the use of professional networks such as LinkedIn, Xing, etc.
- Experience in approaching candidates by telephone and in screening
- Proactive and independent way of working as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- High motivation and commitment as well as a passion for identifying and attracting top talent
- Excellent communicator in English and German, or a Nordic language
- Love to engage with people and grow your network
